The structure is simple. Every wedding package includes the legal essentials, the Licensed Marriage Officer (me), ceremony coordination, marriage license assistance, and the required witnesses. Higher tiers add the elements that turn a legal ceremony into a memorable wedding: photography, floral, music, reception coordination, and venue support. Vow renewals are a separate service for couples who are already married and want to celebrate the commitment again.

Three Island Nuptial Vow Renewal packages, designed for couples already legally married who want to celebrate their commitment again, typically on a milestone anniversary, a recovery, or simply because The Bahamas felt right. Professional video coverage in 1-hour increments for the ceremony and reception. Final edited film delivered after the event.
Photography
Professional photography coverage in 1-hour increments. Couples portraits, ceremony, family groupings, reception, and detail shots.
Music
Choose from Classical Ensemble, Solo Violinist, Solo Guitarist, Saxophonist, Flautist, Calypso Band, or Steel Band. All in 1-hour increments.
DJ Service
Professional DJ services for reception in 1-hour increments. Includes sound system, microphone for toasts, and music coordination with your preferences.
Reception Venue
Outdoor or indoor receptions can be arranged at the beach or in a garden setting. Includes venue coordination and reception layout planning.
Transportation
Group transportation for your guests in 1-hour increments. From hotel pickups for the ceremony to evening reception transfers.
Airport Pickup
Be greeted at Lynden Pindling International Airport (Nassau) and transported to your hotel in comfort. Available for the couple and for arriving guests.

Every Island Nuptial wedding package includes the Licensed Bahamas Marriage Officer (me), ceremony coordination, marriage license assistance, and the required witnesses. Higher tiers add photography, floral arrangements, music, reception coordination, and venue support. The Vow Renewal packages include the officiant, ceremony coordination, and ceremony elements appropriate to the tier (vow renewals are not legal weddings since the couple is already legally married).
Can I customize a Bahamas wedding package?
Yes. Every package is a starting structure that can be customized with the add-on services, including additional photography or videography hours, expanded floral, music type, DJ, reception venue, transportation, and airport pickup. For vow renewals (not legal weddings), the Vow Renewal Basic Package starts at $425.
What is the difference between a wedding package and a vow renewal package?
Wedding packages are for couples becoming legally married in The Bahamas and include all the legal requirements (officiant, license assistance, witnesses, registration). Vow renewal packages are for already-married couples celebrating their commitment, typically on an anniversary or milestone. Vow renewals do not require a marriage license or government registration. The starting prices differ ($1,495 for weddings, $425 for vow renewals) because vow renewals don't include the legal process.
Are there any hidden fees?
The package price is the package price. The Bahamian government charges a separate marriage license fee (currently $100 USD), payable in person at the Registrar General's Department in Nassau, which is not included in any wedding package since you pay it directly to the government. Any add-on services you select are quoted in writing before booking. There are no surprise fees, no booking commissions, and no upcharges added at the ceremony.
Do package prices include the marriage license fee?
No. The Bahamian government marriage license fee (currently $100 USD) is paid directly to the Registrar General's Department by the couple when applying for the license in person. I assist with the entire application process, but the government fee is separate from the package price.
How do I book? Is there a deposit?
